We build in wonderfully diverse and eclectic neighborhoods. From Magnolia to Eastlake, great water views surround us. People love this area because of the close proximity to downtown Seattle, Lake Washington, Lake Union and the unrivaled variety of restaurants and shopping. The entertainment opportunities are abundant here. Different music and theatre venues exist in every district. Walk down any street in the Seattle area and you will encounter wonderfully colorful people from every walk of life who love to smile and say Hello.
Ballard
This area has historically been home to many fishing families in Seattle. Nordic influences are everywhere with boats littering the shoreline. The Ballard Locks is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon watching the boats and ships go through the Locks and picnicking in the beautiful park on the banks of Salmon Bay. Down the road, Shilshole Bay boasts fabulous views of Puget Sound and several 5 star restaurants. At the end of the strip is Golden Gardens Park, loved by beach combers and those looking for a place to spend a lazy day with friends and family barbequing and playing. Ballard has an abundant night life as well. Old Ballard Avenue has recently seen a revival of clubs and funky bars to choose from. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Seattle, Ballard is a great place to call home.
Eastlake
The Eastlake neighborhood is a fast paced bustling neighborhood located between I-5 and Lake Union. It is just 3 miles north of the Downtown Seattle shopping district and 2 miles from the University of Washington. Drop down off of the main road however and you are in a quiet, peaceful, small-town type neighborhood. The people here are friendly and courteous. The tree-lines streets are frequented by people walking dogs, riding bikes and enjoying the views. Most homes in the area have a view of Lake Union and downtown. This area is a city-dwellers dream.
Magnolia
Across the canal from Ballard, the Magnolia district is like a city in itself. It is just far enough off the beaten track to be a quiet, home-town area but is located only minutes from Downtown Seattle. Some of the best views in the Seattle metropolitan area can be found on magnolia bluff. From the top of the hill you can see all the way from Port Madison to Elliott Bay with the Seattle skyline on top. Turn around and there is Lake Union on the other side. There is a real sense of community in Magnolia. Blocks of parks and a district pool surround the small downtown Magnolia center. Drop in to one of the local coffee shops and you’ll be bound to run into a neighbor or two.
Wallingford
Wallingford is about as eclectic a neighborhood as you will find. The people are diverse and friendly.
